I must be too old fashioned, but I used to find emails so personal and close. Facebook n stuff though useful in keeping touch with a lot of people simultaneously yet everybody seems so distant. Scraps, tweets! People dont seem to have time for just talking anymore. I just miss the old days when friends would just call up every other day and chat for hours together, come over, play, camp out...

yeah, you're right.technology has distanced us from our friends,although it was meant to do the exact opposite.today,we just send a scraps to our friends.i miss the old telephonic conversations and the emails.
ReplyDeleteyup...so along with social networking online, I think we should try to connect more with people around us offline, the old fashion way. I think the future lies in finding a balance between the real and the virtual worlds:)
